Provides an addictions recovery transition program for individuals 18 years and older.
Service offers:
a long - term recovery and transition program for individuals experiencing addiction to build capacity to return to community
Includes:
24 hour staff support
addictions counselling
individual and group peer - based supports
recovery care planning, goal setting, and discharge planning
diversion and housing support
wellness activities
life skills group
health education and promotion
meals and snacks
laundry facilities and basic toiletries
clothing as needed
dormitory style sleeping arrangements
cultural and religious support to meet client needs

who have completed detox stay prior to program intake
and have an upcoming confirmed treatment date or housing intake (or be on a waitlist)
