To access service:
- go to the Collision Reporting Centre (CRC) with your vehicle
- if your vehicle is disabled and requires a tow, have the tow company transport you and your vehicle to the CRC
- bring documentation (including driver’s licence, vehicle registration, and insurance) with you to the CRC
- visit website to check CRC location wait times
- call the Edmonton Police Service non-emergency line with any questions
Alberta law requires all collisions where persons are injured, criminal activity is involved, a person who is uninsured or is a suspended driver is involved, or the collision involves damages to private, municipal, or highway property to be reported to the police. If any of these scenarios apply, call 9-1-1 immediately.
