Front counters currently remain open. Use of mask or face coverings required in all publicly accessible areas of Edmonton Police Service (EPS) facilities. If you are experiencing any flu-related symptoms and require non-emergency police assistance, please do not expose police members and the public inside divisional stations, and instead return to your vehicle and call 24 Hour Non-Emergency Dispatch and wait for direction. If you require emergency assistance, call 911. Patrol response times are currently unaffected. Calls for service will continue to be dispatched on a priority basis. Responding members will practice social distancing and in certain circumstances wear Personal Protective Equipment.
