This service focuses on helping to restore physical function, movement, and mobility for children with movement disorders, pain, trauma, chronic disease, and developmental issues.

For children from birth to 17 years.
This service is not for children who are already in the care of a physical therapist or involved in a physical therapy program unless the referral is for a consultation or assistance with treatment strategies.
Referrals are accepted from doctors, surgeons, other rehabilitation professionals (e.g., occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist), nurse practitioners, and registered nurses (RNs).
Fees for equipment (e.g., crutches, ice picks, axilla/hand grip pads, Dycem, Thera-Band, Thera-putty).
