Manages the complaint resolution process in alignment with the Health Professions Act.
Service provides:
- assistance with resolving complaints made against regulated denturists
Includes:
- advice to patients who have concerns regarding their dentures or the practice of their practitioner in situations where the patient cannot resolve the problem on their own with the practitioner
- a Mediation Committee to assist patients in resolving problems
