This is the centralization of triage and referral for adult community and outpatient Occupational Therapy services for the western half of the AHS South Zone.
This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for patients. Occupational Therapists enable people of all ages to participates more fully in the activities of everyday living. They work together with clients, their families and caregivers to develop ways to help clients reach their potential in caring for themselves, working, and enjoying life. Services can be provided in the outpatient clinic (some locations) and in the community / home.
