- to help connect Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, plus (2SLGBTQIA+) youth with supports in Edmonton to make sure their experiences are heard and they can access the right resources
Includes:
- an introduction meeting to chat about areas where support is needed; the meeting can be wherever is easiest for the client
- learning about programs and organizations in the city that provide help and creating a plan together
- covering transportation costs and accompanying the client to suppor them in accessing the care they need
