Provides peer-to-peer support for parents and caregivers of individuals with mental health concerns.
Service provides:
- a family support program for parents and caregivers of individuals with mental health concerns that is supported by trained peers with lived experience
Includes:
- learning how to best take care of oneself, ask for help when necessary, and learn about the importance of boundaries
- a safe place to gather together for shared stories, education, resources, and support
