Service offers:

• free twice monthly events in accessible and safe environments, open to the community

Events include:

• at least 12 tables and chairs set up in an open area for different activities such as knitting, LEGO, boardgames, painting, and model making, and then sometimes activities like 3D printing, tabletop gaming, and roleplaying
• skill tables where community members can directly share their abilities, like how to change a bicycle tire, play a card game, or learning about your mobile phone
• spare tables for general use and new activities
• necessary materials
• volunteer greeter at the entrance, and volunteers inside to point people in the right direction or sit with attendees at certain tables
• ability to share hobbies and activities, or partake in solo activities
• opportunity to choose a coloured sticker to identify their level of comfort with social interaction - red is just browsing, and green is please let me know what’s going on
• quiet zones, where attendees can recover if things get too much
• fidget items
