Compassion:Trained facilitators and fellow group members offer empathetic support, helping you to express your emotions and find comfort in shared experiences.
Support:Receive guidance, resources and encouragement to help you cope with your loss as you journey towards healing.
Confidentiality:What is shared in the group stays in the group, ensuring a private and respectful environment for all participants.
