Nutrition class for breast cancer patients who have completed treatment.
This class teaches people with breast cancer about how food and nutrition can help your body recover from treatment. The class includes information about:
- Eating well after treatment
- Being physically active
- Making lifestyle changes
- Maintaining a body weight that's best for you
Participants will be provided with nutrition handouts and be able to speak with a dietitian.
