Review and provide recommendations for exercise programs for individuals with health conditions that require specialized exercise prescription.
Client will be seen by the kinesiologist for a discussion and review of health conditions and movement difficulties. The client and kinesiologist will set some goals for exercise/activity. Additional appointments will be set to review progress and adjust the program as necessary.
