Provides supports to employers to encourage the employment of persons with disabilities.
Service offers:
a range of resources, training, and guidance to help employers recruit, hire, retain and advance people with disabilities.
Includes:
connections to qualified candidates that are ready, willing, and able to work
online or in-person education and training related to advancing inclusion in the workplace
access to employer-focused tools, resources, and publications
assistance with applications for employer grants/funding
provision of accessibility and ergonomic assessments for the workplace
access to upskills training and micro-credentialing for current and new employees with disabilities
access to upskills training and micro-credentialing for direct supervisors of staff with disabilities
