• individuals who are at least 19 years old in the month before CCR (Canada Carbon Rebate) is paid, or under 19 if they have a spouse, common-law partner, or are a parent living with their child
• families getting the Canada Child Benefit (CCB) or individuals in Canada who filed their income tax and benefit return will get their entitled payments automatically

• if you are a newcomer to Canada, visit this website to obtain forms required to apply 
• Once forms are completed, you can send them by mail to your tax center
