Fem+ Engineering Mentorship Program
Offers a 7 month engineering mentorship program for high school students who are women and members of the Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, plus (2SLGBTQ+) community.
Service provides:
- a 7 month engineering mentorship program for high school students who are women and members of the Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, plus (2SLGBTQ+) community
Includes:
- on-campus mentorship from a current engineering student
- workshops and information sessions
- 1-on-1 advice about university applications, engineering, and the transition from high school to university
- connections with engineering student mentors, university services, and professionals
