An intensive, open-ended, day program for 12-18 years of age who have mental health concerns or concurrent disorders (addiction and mental health concerns) that affect how they function at home, in school or in the community.
Offers education and support to clients and their families, one-to-one treatment as well as family and group therapy. Offers mobile services to transition children back to school and community. Offers referrals to other agencies as needed. The timelines for successful completion of this program can vary and are based on meeting the indicators of success as outlined in the collaborative goal setting and treatment planning with children, youth, and families.
