Service offers:
- helps change the conditions that allow gender inequity and family violence to persist by looking at how social, economic, and cultural systems affect families and work with communities to shift them
- support grassroots groups leading their own projects
- host conversations where people can speak openly about safety, relationships, and power
- train women and men as advocates, partner with service providers and employers to improve access to safe, fair work, and equip peers to respond when inequity or violence shows up
- together with ethnocultural and racialized communities and mainstream partners, address barriers in policy, workplaces, and community settings to create lasting equity for all genders
