The BNF has limited capacity and is only open for a short period each month for applications online. Applications open online on the 1st of each month at 10:00 AM (or the first Monday if the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday). Clients must provide required supporting documents to complete their application, including Photo ID, 90 days bank statements, a copy of any eviction or disconnection notices, a copy of relevant rent report, lease agreement, or utility statement, and proof of income if income is not deposited into bank account.
