Provides successful tenancies by identifying and reducing barriers to housing stability and ensuring supports are in place.
Service provides:
- consultation and support for individuals who are at risk of homelessness and eviction
- short-term housing support with the purpose of increasing housing stability
Housing support worker (HSW) may include assistance with:
- first months rent
- security deposit
- rental arrears
- utility arrears
- monthly rent supplement
