Service provides:

• 1-on-1 support in a community setting for individuals experiencing abuse who may need the programming aspect of the shelter, but not the shelter itself, or they may not be ready to leave their partner but are looking for support to stay safe in the relationship while they navigate their choices

Services include:

• trauma-informed crisis support
• goal setting and safety planning
• parenting information and strategies
• follow-up services for former in-shelter clients
• Healthy Relationship and Domestic Abuse Education and additional education topics such as co-parenting, effects of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and stress
• advocacy and referrals for income support, basic needs (housing, food, clothing, and furnishings), parenting programs, community resources, counselling / mental health, addiction services, and education, employment, and court and legal support
