Provides leadership development training to Black youth that aims to address structural racism and socioeconomic inequity.
Service provdes:
leadership development that aims to address structural racism and inequity
Includes:
an 8 month placement with a volunteer agency, board, commission, or committee (ABCC)
the opportunity for diverse representation within advisory or decision-making entities
1-on-1 mentorship from industry professionals
35 hours of in-class leadership training
20 hours of volunteer work

currently enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary institution
who demonstrate volunteer experience within community initiatives, civic engagement, and / or business experience
