Service offers:
- a personalized harm reduction program serving youth, adults, and families affected by addiction
- information, connections, and supports for individuals and / or families
Includes (but not limited to) access and referrals to:
- access to harm reduction supplies / information
- support groups
- detoxification services
- formal treatment
- other services needed to help end the cycle of addiction
