Service provides:

•  peer discussion groups
• opportunities to reduce isolation and connect with others who are facing similar situations
• a chance to learn from others in the community

Groups include:

• Autistic Adults Discussion Group - for adults on the spectrum who are looking for opportunities to build up their support network; emphasis is placed on self-care, peer support, and developing a community among attendees
• LGBTQ+ Autistic Adult Discussion Group - a province-wide initiative for autistic adults who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, Two Spirit, plus (LGBTQ2S+)
• Parents of Autistic Adults Discussion Group - aims to create a community of parents and caregivers and establish a support circle for people who have adult children on the autism spectrum; offers a place to learn about what other families have experienced, find empathetic support, and share ideas and information
• Partners of Autistic Adults Discussion Group -  includes talking about how autism affects relationships, learning from other people, and strengthening a social support network
• Autistic Women Plus Discussion Group - for adults who identify as women or non-binary on the spectrum who are looking for opportunities to build up their support network; emphasis is placed on self-care, peer support, and developing a community among attendees
