- programs offered using a variety of modalities such as group, 1-on-1, phone / distance, or in-home sessions
- universal programming available to all families
- targeted program delivery for clients with existing risk factors or specific demographic needs such as: teenaged parents, parents of teenagers, teenaged dads, Canadian newcomers, grandparents raising grandchildren, lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, queer, 2 spirit (LGTBQ2S+), families of children with disabilities, or clients needing more intense services who have already accessed the universal programming
