Provides barrier free mental health support to families, couples, and individuals with immediate, no-cost counselling and therapy.
Service offers:

- counsellors to help navigate services and to meet mental health needs
- system navigation services can be accessed by phone, text or chat
- support for families and individuals
- counselling and therapy team
- therapy is also available via eTherapy (email)
