Athabasca Mentorship Program
Provides child mentees with support, advice, friendship, reinforcement, and constructive role modelling through adult mentorship.
Service provides:
- adult mentorship to child mentees to support children in being the best that they can be
- companionship to children to support them in developing their sense of self and increasing self-esteem
Includes:
- eating lunch together
- playing games
- engaging in sports
- drawing
- crafting
- reading
- talking
