The following services are available to help students manage academic needs:
- Academic Strategist - guides and supports students through the process of developing the academic skills needed in their program of study
- Concordia Commitment - one-of-a-kind program in Alberta that provides additional support throughout a student's program to help them achieve academic and career success
- Early Alert System - online tool for staff and faculty to identify at-risk students and connect them to relevant supports; this non-disciplinary, person-centered intervention strategy helps students address barriers to their academic success early, thereby contributing to a positive learning experience and student retention
- Inclusive Post-Secondary - gives students with developmental disabilities an opportunity to experience post-secondary education through participation in Concordia University of Edmonton’s courses, programs of study and campus life, enhancing the learning environment for all.
- Learning Accommodations - supports set in place to give students with disabilities equal access to post-secondary learning; approved students are required to maintain the essential institutional standards and will be evaluated solely on the basis of their academic performance
- Tutoring Services - individual help from a tutor in a field of study that they are knowledgeable or accredited in; they work 1-on-1 with students to help them understand their course material
- The Writing Centre - 1-on-1 writing consultations for assignments in any course or program as well as tutoring for English courses
