- registration issues

- interpreting academic rules and regulations
- internal degree transfers and changes in concentration
- student requests (exceptions to academic regulations)
- understanding Grade Point Average (GPA)
- getting back on track after Conditional or Failed Standing
- readmission
- studying abroad
- degree completion and graduation requirements
