Tough Enough to Talk About It

Offers workplace presentations about mental health.
Service provides:
workplace presentations to provide employees with information on how to recognize mental health problems, how to ask about those issues, and how to arrange for help
presentations on how to recognize the signs of distress and depression and offers tips for self-care
Includes:
a minimum 1 hour presentation
a Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention staff member and a volunteer facilitator who deliver the information to groups of any size, from safety meetings to service clubs
volunteer facilitators who offer a unique perspective through their personal stories about getting help with overwhelming stress from industry lifestyle, depression, and other mental health problems
