Includes:
- in-home personalized visitation services
- pre-natal and post-natal education and support services
- labour and delivery education and planning
- nutrition, maternal health, and infant development information and resources
- positive breastfeeding support
- community supports and health professional referrals
- nutritional supports: monthly good food box, prenatal vitamins, and infant vitamin D
- new baby welcome bags
