- programs and services supporting mental health in Indigenous communities, including suicide prevention
- community based programs to reduce and prevent problematic use of alcohol, drugs, solvents, and other substances
- facts about diseases affecting First Nations communities
- information on nursing positions in remote First Nations communities
- online reports on First Nations and Inuit health
- information on the Drug Benefit List, which specifies the drugs covered under the Non-Insured Health Benefits program (NIHB)
Information about the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, which provides coverage for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients for the following medically necessary goods and services:
- vision care
- dental care
- mental health counselling
- medical supplies and equipment
- prescription drugs and select over-the-counter products
- medical transportation to access medically required health services not available on the reserve or in the community of residence
