1 week of employment
skills training preparation
11 weeks of industry-leading, hands-on introductory skills training provided onsite at Red Deer Polytechnic
4 weeks of work experience placements with a local trades employer
assistance with Job Placement following completion of work experience
safety certifications (Aerial Work Platform, Fall Arrest, First Aid, CSTS 2020, and WHMIS)
Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) Exam Preparation Skills
