• Anchor: Men's Group - a group for men to give and receive information and support for current life challenges and self-improvement
• Queer Cafe - a group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ2+) individuals and allies that focuses on healthy relationships and boundaries
• Healthy Living with Bipolar Diagnosis - a group for individuals with bipolar diagnosis to develop tools to maintain a daily routine regardless of emotional state, focus on effective coping strategies for stability, and experience connection
• Steps to Wellness: Coping with Anxiety and Depression - a group for reviewing ways to cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression, sharing ideas to adapt to challenges, and developing tools for coping and wellness
• Emotional Regulation - involves learning to regulate emotions by recognizing emotions in self and others, understanding the causes and consequences of emotions, and more
• Cantonese Cultural Wellness - involves weekly workshops for individuals who speak Cantonese to ask questions and receive information on wellness from a health professional
