Includes:

• Group Presentations - youth advisors can present to youth at schools, group homes, libraries or agencies, focused on a topic of the group’s choice such as healthy relationships, self-esteem, anger management, bullying, and more

• 1-to-1 Support - youth advisors can meet with youth on an ongoing basis to create a plan to move the participant’s life in a positive direction, to be available when participants just need someone to talk to, or to provide free supportive counselling, community referrals, advocacy services, life skills workshops, and job search assistance

• Outreach - youth advisors are available to meet with youth individually or in groups at a public location in the community close to their homes, schools, work, or in various schools, community agencies, and YMCA Family Branches

• Urban Life Skills Program - designed for struggling youth who want to make a change while still attending school, work, or a day program, this group meets once per week after school hours and focuses on self-esteem, anger management, healthy relationships, communication, and more

• How‑to-Adult - designed to help prepare youth for the challenges of transitioning into adulthood, this program teaches strategies and techniques for improving financial literacy, learning how to navigate housing, and improving job search skills   

• UnCenZered - an empowerment program that works to help young women develop leadership skills and build healthy relationships by participating in life skills workshops, physical activities, and career exploration

• Band of Brothers - a group uniquely formatted for young men that combines physical activity with real-life information and resource building to help build healthy relationships

• SKY High - an outdoor adventure and leadership program offering workshops and activities that may include hiking, mountain biking, rope courses, camping, and canoeing to help youth build healthy social skills that help develop personal, academic, and career potential
• Anger Management - an 11 week anger management program for youth that teaches different skills and techniques to gain control over their anger; programming based on group interest; only runs when there is a sufficient number of participants
