- the ability to register their phone number on the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) to reduce telemarketing calls
- information on spam and other electronic threats, the enforcement of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the ability to report spam
- individuals the capacity to file a complaint about three services: telephone, internet and television
- the ability to make a complaint about television programming (violence, offensive language, false or misleading content)
- information about mobile phone service providers and billing
- information about internet services and billing
- information about consumer rights in broadcasting
