Offers clinic-based assessment and treatment for adults who are experiencing mental health concerns and / or substance use concerns or process addictions that are impacting their personal health and wellbeing.
Individuals served often have complex needs but are able to live independently or with minimal support in the community. Care is coordinated by a mental health provider and / or addiction counselor (concurrent approach). Goal directed services are tailored to the needs of individual clients. Length of treatment is mutually determined between client and provider.

Individuals experiencing substance use/ process addiction and concurrent mental health concerns.
Individuals impacted by the substance use/process addiction and concurrent mental health concerns of another.
Access 24/7 (780)-424-2424 is the centralized intake service (including walk-ins) for Addiction & Mental Health.
Professional referral not required.
