Helps Albertans with a long-term disability, chronic illness, or terminal illness stay independent at home, in a lodge, or a group home by providing financial assistance for respiratory equipment and supplies. Respiratory benefits include oxygen, ventilators, tracheotomy tubes and suction supplies, and bi-level positive airway pressure (BPAP) devices.
A healthcare provider will do an assessment to determine the equipment and supplies that you can get through the program.
