Provides housing supports to individuals who are homeless.
Service offers:
supports to individuals or families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
Includes:
access to financial assistance through a rental subsidy
weekly meetings with a worker to support individuals through their transition
access to Elder and Cultural Support
developing client-driven goals to help maintain housing
workshops to enhance housing skills
monthly social gatherings to network with others
finding meaningful daily activities
support with budgeting, basic needs, advocacy, and referrals for individuals already involved with one or more programs at the Friendship Society
