To access service:
- call or visit website to register
The following is required for registration:
- proof of income (such as payment stubs, Employment Insurance) and expenses (such as rent, mortgage, childcare, utilities)
- identification for all household members (such as Alberta Health Care Card, Driver's License, Passport)
When picking up a hamper:
- arrive before the appointment time, stand in front of the sign attached to the side of the building with your name on it 1 to 2 minutes before the appointment time
- a volunteer will provide instructions and let you in at your appointment time
If you need hamper delivery:
- call to book your appointment (do not book online)
- delivery appointments are limited
Only 1 person allowed in the food bank building at their appointment time.
