Provides an opportunity for three males diagnosed or suspected of having fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) to live in a home with support.
Service provides:
- accommodation and support for three males diagnosed or suspected of having fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD)
Includes:
- a male mentor who lives in the home and assists residents with their daily needs, as well as teaching life skills
- help with re-integrating the residents back into the community
- assistance applying for funding
- help with issues such as medical care, mental health, family doctor, identification, and banking
- referrals to other agencies
- working toward reaching self-sufficiency and independence
