ELIGIBILITY
Service targeted to:
children in grades 3 to 6
who have had a mental health assessment completed within the last 6 months
who have a formal mental health diagnosis
and are currently in therapy
HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
Professional Referral Required
To access service:
referrals can be made by a health professional (such as a psychiatrist or therapist) or the child’s school principal through Alberta Health Services centralized intake
