Service targeted to newcomers who are willing to work and are:
- permanent residents of Canada
- Convention refugees
- live-in caregivers
- or protected persons as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
Willing to work means that a client is willing to accept all types of opportunities that their abilities, skills, training, or experience enable them to do, and that they are willing to accept labour market conditions (for example, going rate of pay, hours of work).
