Provides 26 weeks of paid employability training program for Indigenous youth age and 30 who are unemployed and lacking job skills and experience.
Service offers:
Indigenous approach to learning including courses in Native Studies, taking part in morning smudge with an onsite Elder, various ceremonies through out the year, etc.
professional portfolios to graduates, which include a cover letter, resume, and various certificates
opportunity for youth to get paid a minimum wage for coming to class while learning tools they will need when entering into the job market
