Provides assistance with daily living supports based on the assessed needs of the individual who are diagnosed or suspected of having fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
Service provides:
assistance with daily living supports based on the assessed needs of the individual who are diagnosed or suspected of having fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD)
Support may include:
mentorship and life skill development
connect with resources and referrals
building natural supports and community
advocacy
education and information on FASD
support with legal matters, employment, financial planning
maintaining housing
health and mental health supports
