Provides a specialized preschool program for children with severe delays or disabilities.
Service offers:
a specialized preschool program for children with severe delays or disabilities
Includes:
adapted activities and materials that assist each child to learn in his or her most effective way
an on-site therapy team to respond to the childrens' needs
individualized assistance for each child by a Child Development Facilitator (CDF)
frequency modulated (FM) systems in classrooms, fully equipped therapeutic preschool gym, and sensory (Snoezelen) space
weekly community days designed to further each child's learning experience
Family Oriented Programming (FOP) - provides an opportunity for parents to participate in activities and learn new ways to assist their child

and who qualify for Program Unit Funding as determined by Alberta Education
