- assessment to determine the child’s needs (may include speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and psychological assessments)
- developing individual program plans to address special goals
Parents are supported to:
- understand their child’s needs
- access community resources to support the care of their child
- find special assistance required to support their needs such as counselling or respite services
