Provides care to people who require oral-maxillofacial surgery.
Services provided may include:
- elective jaw surgery such as temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) problems and osteotomies
- jaw surgery related to trauma or infection
- people who need close monitoring after dental extractions that can’t be done in a regular clinic setting
- treating cancerous or non-cancerous lesions
- reconstruction of structures of the mouth and maxillofacial area
