The Adult Stroke Rehabilitation Program helps adults who recently had a stroke.
The Adult Stroke Inpatient Rehabilitation Program helps patients and their families to adjust to the changes that happen after a stroke. The goal is to help patients be as independent as possible. They work on talking, moving around, and feeling happy. They also learn about what caused their stroke and where they can get more help if they need it. The program wants patients to go back home and live on their own again. Patients usually stay in the program for 2 to 5 weeks.
