• options for students who are returning to school, upgrading, or need flexibility in their schedules to complete high school

Includes:

• Argyll Centre - offers online learning and home-based education in collaboration with a certified teacher for grades 1 to 12
• Centre High Campus - offers a range of diploma courses based on program needs and individual learning styles for students 17 to 20 years
• Learning Stores - offers support to students who are 16 to 19 years old, or for 15 year-olds who have previously attended high school where students can direct their own learning, enrol in core and career and technology (CTS) courses, explore career options through work experience or apprenticeships, complete weekly modules for each course, receive 1-on-1 teacher support, and experience flexibility with a minimum on-site attendance expectation of 10 hours per week and register throughout the year
• New Directions - provides academic programming for expelled junior and senior high students who are non-violent and have a history of difficulties at school; placement is determined through the expulsion process
• LearnWrite - a partnership between Outreach Programs and division high schools where students access module-based curriculum in a small group setting, driven by strong student-teacher relationships, 1-on-1 assistance, and actively engaging students in the learning process
