Provides wrap-around services for at-risk students to support them in their educational journey toward high school graduation.
Service provides:
support for children and youth by providing a range of co-ordinated services to students and families
Includes:
Success Coaches - dedicated staff members for students to turn to when they are struggling to maintain focus and participate in class
Mental Health Therapists - on-site therapists to work with students or parents who require more support
Roots and Wings - in-home family support to prevent family breakdown or child mistreatment
nutritious food programming
programming after school and during school breaks
mentoring of youth via a caring adult who spends regular time supporting their mentee
